## Weekly KPI Review (every Monday)

Track these metrics by intent cluster: `concept`, `guide`, `comparison`, `case-study`.

1. Organic impressions
2. Organic clicks
3. CTR
4. Average position
5. AI referral sessions
6. Assisted conversions
7. Top gaining and losing queries

## Weekly Workflow

1. Export last 7 days from analytics and search console.
2. Group pages into intent clusters.
3. Flag pages with high impressions and low CTR for title/meta rewrite.
4. Flag pages with traffic and low engagement for content clarity improvements.
5. Publish weekly summary in the tracker file.

## Monthly Refresh Cycle (first week of each month)

1. Select top 20 pages by traffic and business impact.
2. Refresh outdated definitions, examples, and references.
3. Add new internal links from newer pages.
4. Update `last updated` dates.
5. Merge or prune thin pages with overlapping intent.
6. Re-submit sitemap if major URL changes occurred.

## Refresh Priority Rules

- Priority 1: top traffic pages with dropping CTR
- Priority 2: high-conversion pages older than 45 days
- Priority 3: low-performance pages with clear overlap

## Success Targets (90 days)

- 30+ indexed KB pages
- Month-over-month growth in AI referral traffic
- Month-over-month growth in branded queries
- At least 3 measurable conversion paths from KB traffic
