# Launch Readiness Checklist

Use this checklist before moving from authority-building into product launch motion.

## 1) Authority signal baseline
- [ ] Minimum 12-20 quality KB pages published across concepts, guides, comparisons, and case studies
- [ ] Internal links connect high-intent guides/comparisons to conversion paths
- [ ] Feed + sitemap + IndexNow workflow has run successfully in the last 7 days

## 2) KPI readiness (tie to measurement loop)
- [ ] Weekly KPI template updated for at least 4 consecutive weeks
- [ ] At least one cluster shows improving CTR and query footprint
- [ ] AI referral traffic trend is stable or increasing
- [ ] Branded query trend is stable or increasing
- [ ] At least 3 conversion paths are being measured

## 3) Product message readiness
- [ ] Product scope is narrow and outcome-specific
- [ ] Product page language is consistent with KB vocabulary
- [ ] Offer statement is clear: who it is for, what it solves, expected timeline
- [ ] One primary CTA and one fallback CTA are in place

## 4) Launch trigger
Launch product page and outreach cycle when:
1. Weekly KPIs validate sustained attention on one or two winning clusters.
2. Conversion path data shows qualified intent (not only traffic).
3. Team can support onboarding for early users.

## 5) First 30-day post-launch loop
- [ ] Weekly KPI review continues without interruption
- [ ] Underperforming launch pages get title/opening/CTA revisions
- [ ] New case-study evidence is published back into KB
- [ ] Winner-focused roadmap is updated with product learnings
