- Weeks 9-10: refresh top 10 pages + publish 4 new winner-cluster pages
- Weeks 11-12: publish 4 comparison pages tied to winners
- Weeks 13-14: publish 4 case studies tied to winner workflows
- Weeks 15-16: consolidate, prune overlap, and update IA links

## Governance
- Every new page must include:
  - one related concept link
  - one related implementation guide link
  - one clear conversion path link
